On November 20th, CIIMAR welcomed Professor Dr. Paulo Sérgio Scalize from the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Federal University of Goiás, Brazil. Dr. Scalize is an expert in Environmental Sciences and Sanitary Engineering, serving as the Coordinator of the Water Analysis Laboratory (LAnA) and the Engineering of Occupational Safety Course.
Prospects for collaboration in this field are being addressed at the levels of education and scientific research.
