Vitória Daitx de Oliveira holds a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from the Federal University of Pelotas (UFPEL), and a master’s degree in Aquaculture from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), Brazil (2021). She is currently a Ph.D. student in the Aquaculture Graduate Program at UFSC. Her research focuses on the nutrition of aquatic organisms, feed additives, and fish intestinal health. At present, she is conducting her doctoral sandwich program internship at LANUCE.
