Today CIIMAR hosted the visit of Guia Michelin team to prepare the first guide in Portuguese that will be out in 2024. The guide will promote the national gastronomy and products. For this the itinerary to the north of the country passes through CIIMAR and will show our research work in aquaculture and seafood quality from the Portuguese coast.
