CIIMAR is joining the Serralves Foundation’s 11th BioBlitz between 31 March and 6 April.
The BioBlitz is a leading pedagogical and scientific event in the field of education and awareness of biodiversity, which showcases the fauna and flora of Serralves Park through the use of scientific and artistic methodologies.
Among the initiatives, CIIMAR organised an activity to help participants contribute images of fauna and flora to iNaturalist and Wikipedia in an activity called WikiBlitz.
From 31 March to 4 April, the activities were dedicated to schools. On the weekend, the 5th and 6th, the public is invited to take part in free activities for all ages.
