Ana Salgado holds a PhD in Educational Psychology from University of Minho. With over 15 years of experience in higher education, she has taught as a lecturer at multiple institutions. She has led pedagogical projects aimed at enhancing the quality of teaching. Ana has been actively engaged in designing training programs for PhD supervisors and developing courses for PhD, master’s, and bachelor’s students focused on transversal skills. Her main research interests include communication skills, gamification, and self-regulated learning.
