Mariana Trigo has a degree in Biology and is currently enrolled in the Master’s program in Biotechnology and Synthetic Biology (Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto). Her dissertation will focus on the genomic and phenotypic characterization of a recently isolated and virulent strain of Vibrio harveyi , to select biocontrol targets.
