Sara Santos has a master’s degree in Marine Sciences – Marine Resources from the Instituto de Ciências Biomédicas Abel Salazar. Passionate about the marine environment and communicating, she found the perfect combination of these two areas at CIIMAR. She is currently working in the area of Science Communication where she explores her area of interest, Ocean Literacy, by developing and implementing activities related to the different aquatic ecosystems for the general population and schoolchildren.
